Festival Theatre - Act III Renewal ProjectAs an integral part of the design and construction team Integrated Engineering provided design services relating to upgrades and modifications to the existing mechanical and electrical systems so that the Toronto consultants could focus on the new work related to the addition and renovations. We also provided all of the on-site engineering support and field review during the fast-paced construction period.
Avon Theatre -Silver Jubilee RenovationsIntegrated Engineering worked closely with Marklevitz Architects from Stratford on the renovations to the Avon Theatre. Phase 1 was completed in 2001 and included a new heating/chilled water plant, air handling systems and upgraded power infrastructure. Phase 2 was completed prior to the 2002 season and features new mechanical and electrical systems for the totally rejuvenated front of house and auditorium.
Avon Theatre - Studio TheatreIn association with Davidson-Langley Architects we provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the new performance space in the old prop shop area at the Avon Theatre.

St. Anne's Church, St. ThomasAfter initial investigations into decaying brickwork lead to the finding that the building was structurally deficient, Integrated Engineering provided full services relating to the $1.2M disassembly and reconstruction of the church. The design featured new lighting and HVAC systems.
St. Joseph's Church, ChathamThis large, historical, century old church was in need of a $1.5M complete interior renovation. Working closely with the architect and building committee, Integrated Engineering designed a new lighting system throughout the Nave using the appropriate, liturgical style fixtures and a low voltage lighting control system.
St. Joseph's Church, CorunnaThis 100-year-old, pioneer style church has just completed a full $1.0M interior and exterior renovation and Narthex addition. Integrated Engineering provided mechanical and electrical engineering services.

Canada Trust - Toronto Dominion - CorporateIntegrated Engineering has provided mechanical and electrical engineering services relating to renovations at Canada Trust-Toronto Dominion corporate facilities including 220 Dundas Street, City Centre Tower and 745 York Street.

City of London - IT Department RelocationIntegrated Engineering has provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the relocation of the City of London's Information Technology Department from City Hall to the City Centre Tower.

Industrial Sector Projects
Meridian Magnesium, Strathroy - Plant ExpansionIntegrated Engineering designed a new process cooling system as part of a 60,000ft2 expansion and renovation project. The design featured a cooling tower, below grade water reservoir, heat exchangers and piping distribution through a closed loop system to the casting machines.
Kaiser Aluminum, London - New Casting FacilityOur design included a detailed piping design from cooling tower to below grade water reservoir and distribution to the casting head, the use of specialized filters, control valves and back-up systems were a significant part of the design process.
ALCON Warehouse & Offices, MississaugaIntegrated Engineering provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new 92,000ft2 facility to be used as a pharmaceutical distribution center.
Dyna-Mig Manufacturing Plant, StratfordIntegrated Engineering provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new 140,000ft2 administration and manufacturing facility for the production of automotive components. The project included the design of mechanical and electrical building services and process systems in support of the manufacturing equipment.
General Motors Defense, LondonIntegrated Engineering provided the mechanical and electrical design for a number of projects including a 15,000ft2 pre-delivery inspection building for LAV's (Light Armoured Vehicles) and a 46,000ft2 engineering office.
ABB Manufacturing Plant & Offices, BramptonIntegrated Engineering provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new 230,000ft2 plant/office facility to be used for the production of automotive robotic equipment.
North Huron - Wescast Community CentreIntegrated Engineering provided the mechanical and electrical design for this $7M multi-use facility. In addition to an ice pad there is a multi-use gymnasium, a fitness centre, meeting rooms and an indoor pool.
Southwold Keystone ComplexConstruction of this 7,000 square foot community centre was completed in 1997. The fully air-conditioned facility features a large hall with dimmable fluorescent lighting, meeting rooms and a full commercial-style kitchen.
Sarnia Sports and Entertainment CentreIntegrated Engineering provided the design of the mechanical systems for this state-of-the-art twin pad, ice hockey arena and entertainment center, including commercial and retail space, commercial kitchens and restaurants.
City of Guelph Sports and Entertainment CentreThis single pad arena has been integrated into an existing mall in downtown Guelph, and features commercial and retail spaces, a full commercial kitchen and restaurant.
Western Fair Association - 4 Pad Arena ComplexIntegrated Engineering provided the design of the mechanical and electrical systems required for this $14M facility. There is an Olympic rink, four NHL rinks as well as meeting places and a restaurant.
Goodlife Fitness ClubsIntegrated Engineering has provided the mechanical and electrical engineering for many Goodlife clubs throughout Ontario. These clubs feature state-of-the-art fitness facilities and many have indoor swimming pools.
Athletic ClubsIntegrated Engineering has provided the mechanical and electrical engineering for the Athletic Clubs in London and Brantford. The London facility has an indoor swimming pool.
