ELECTRICAL ENGINEER:
BUILDING DESIGN
Integrated Engineering is a medium-size engineering firm located in London, Ontario. We have been providing Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services on commercial, institutional, residential and industrial building projects throughout Ontario and beyond for over 30 years. Due to continued growth we are pleased to offer the following opportunity.
The Position:
- Design and AutoCAD drafting of electrical systems for Commercial, Institutional, Residential and Industrial Building Projects.
- Construction site review and reports.
- Post tender administration (changes, shop drawing review, quote review, etc.)
- Oversee projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
The Candidate:
- P.Eng. in Ontario
- You enjoy working in a team environment while exceeding our clients’ expectations.
- Strong communications skills and attention to details.
- 5-10 years of Canadian experience in the design of Electrical Systems for buildings.
- Experience with building system assessment and inspections.
- Knowledge of all relevant codes and standards (province building codes, electrical codes, ASHRAE, etc.)
- Proficiency in a variety of relevant computer programs including AutoCAD, photometric lighting calculation, electrical load calculations, Excel and Word. Revit experience is a bonus.
- Willing to travel and must have a valid driver’s licence and automobile.
